How do I unlock my Apple ID account?

I have an inactive account, and I tried everything to solve the problem, but without results. I also called support, but there is no solution. A message appears saying that the account is locked and I cannot use this account. Give me someone from site support who told me the issue will be resolved within 24 hours, but when submitting a request, I receive the same message: Account is locked and cannot be used. What is the solution, please? For your information, my device is currently locked

Perhaps you may have to try and visit an authorized service

certified to work on & repair Apple (or Apple Retail location.)

And have them look it over. As an AASP -service provider

is independent business, will likely charge fee for the time.

And could add whatever charge for parts and extras.

[For any AppleCare+ covered devices, iOS or macOS. There

are special rules to apply. And qualifiers, if you bought that.]

While an official Apple Retail store with company staff, might

only charge a fee after performing actual work on your device.

Not during the consulting time; as usually should cost nothing.

A covered extended warranty either by Apple; or another

reliably good service, such as Best Buy; etc might do good.
