Mac Mini M2 Crashing Constantly - Panic

I have a Mac Mini M2 that I am using to host a Plex server that I have connected to a Synology NAS over my network. The NAS is connected via IP. For some reason I am getting a crash and I can't get to the bottom of it. I haven't installed anything other than Plex really to my system so I would think I'm running macOS very vanilla-ish. I used to have a similar setup with a Mac Mini M1 but the drives were connected directly to the computer via USB. That's the only difference I can think of. Can someone please make sense of this error log? I have tried to figure it out with no success. The only fix is restarting my Mac Mini M2 once every couple of days when the error occurs or sometimes even twice a day.
