Intel Macs / macOS Big Sur

You need the Creative Cloud 2021

Adobe has a policy of only supporting the three most recent versions of macOS. Big Sur hasn't been one of "the most recent three" for a while.

I'm guessing that Adobe's response to "Photoshop 2019 doesn't work perfectly on Big Sur" is that you should be running the current version of Photoshop … and that they no longer support Photoshop 2019 or Big Sur. But you could contact them and see.

Installing Photoshop 2019 on a Mac:

Ventura is what is recommended, by words of Adobe who is the official Developer.

  1. See here: Photoshop system requirements - Adobe
  2. As it Reads: "macOS Ventura (version 13.5.1) Installation is blocked on v10.15.x"
