i recently noticed that my Note on iPhone, iPad Pro & Mac Mini’s are not syncing. After doin a few workaround such as turn on/off Airplane mode, sync/unsync, reboot…etc…the issue still there.

Troubleshooting Notes Not Syncing:
A. iCloud in Settings:
Look in iCloud settings in each device, and make sure that Notes is clicked. If it is, then unclick it, and then click it again.
B. Update your Devices:
Make sure that all your device have the latest updates installed.
C. New iCloud Session:
Log out of iCloud on all of your devices, and then log back in, one-device-at-a-time. Perhaps is all needs to resync?
