How to install latest iOS on my iPhone 6?

Acquire a used or refurbished iPhone XR, iPhone XS, or iPhone SE 2nd gen, or newer, and you will be able to run the current iOS 17, and the upcoming iOS 18. That iPhone 6 hardware is too limited, and not supported past iOS 12.
