Lost cellular service with physical card and eSIM on iOS 17.5.1

The following happened tonight on my iPhone 15 Pro Max with iOS 17.5.1 firmware:

The cellular network of the physical sim card and eSIM stopped working.

What I did to try to fix it:

1. Did a hard reset of the phone: ± and 5 seconds of pressing the shutdown button

2. I put it in airplane mode, took the sim card out of the lot, cleaned and put it back in, turned off airplane mode.

3. Tried resetting the network settings in the phone settings

4. Tried doing a full reset of the phone to factory settings

5. Tried reinstalling iOS 17.5.1 via iMazing, also Apple Devices on Windows.

And so, as you can see, nothing worked for me. What could be the reason? The phone was not knocked over on the floor, the ground and everything related to it, it was lying on a soft surface. I took care of the phone with care, technically it was always in good working order. I believe that the loss of connection is due to a mistake, but how can it be corrected? Even the service centers did not give me any answers.

It sounds like the one thing you didn't do, which should have been top of your list was contact your carrier, who is the entity who provides cellular service to your phone? Updates themselves don't typically terminate cellular service on an iPhone. There may be a carrier update, which needed to be pushed to your phone. They should be able to get this sorted for you.
