What to do if I think that my iPhone has been compromised?

My phone has been normally accessed and I have zero control and have talk to Apple 1 billion times over a course of years. I’ve done everything from change my password to change my Apple ID. I’ve even gotten new phones, but nothing I do because of the privacy with Apple allows me to regain anything in my account. I’ve had 3 to 4 Apple iCloud account stolen I can’t close them because I don’t have access to the phones that they’re being used on, also aliases were placed on my Apple ID so in order for anyone to log into my account they can use my Apple ID, my phone number, or even these aliases that go with me everywhere. Every time I get a new Apple iCloud account because mine keeps getting stolen , these aliases tend to follow. I have two alias attached to my iCloud account that always always always to new iCloud that I have to get because mine have been stolen. I don’t even receive authentication notices or codes to get on my phone and into my accounts. Sad thing is it’s not just my iCloud, but I know who it is, they have access to every open platform, so no matter what I do this person who is the account holder for me through T-Mobile, (and put me on this account without me even giving him authorization to do so and I can’t do anything because T-Mobile cannot really send information without me being an authorized user so I can’t get my phone number or anything). How do I get away from somebody who has complete control of me through technology and when Apple has all these wonderful genius people working there, that sarcasm because I put an authentication well somebody has my information regardless, so if you’re already in my iCloud, they have my recovery no matter what I do the person who is in control of my account because he is the authorized main account holder through my carrier, I have no say through T-Mobile nor Apple because of privacy measures. I have spoken to so many people for about 2 to 3 years now. Now we just moved and of course I’m not the one setting up the Internet options and Wi-Fi and I’ve been put on a waitlist and regulated plan so I can’t even look at certain content on my phone , what do these alias keep following me on every account. my phone is constantly on roaming even when I change it it goes back. My volume constantly plays a different levels when I use my speaker. It says if I logon, and then my volume goes either up or down or not at all. Also accessibility is a big thing and I believe a big part of how things are being used on my phone remotely. I don’t know what to do anymore. Everything I attempted to do to protect myself. These companies and carriers cannot help me one bit when it’s there products I’m using. I know privacies is a big thing, but it doesn’t seem to be a big thing for people. Who’s privacy has been taken from them because they can’t regain access and I am afraid of what an outcome could be because this person seems to have 15,000 iMessages in my iCloud that I can’t even get. I cannot even login or see or control my iCloud email and me.com email was also generated which was not me that did that but yet Apple will not take those off of my account so no matter what I do will never regain access can somebody help me please, I’m scared. I know who has my information and is accessing all my stuff no matter what I do nobody will help me not even the police when I follow the report. I’m desperate.

Some sites will identify your iPhone as MacOS. Facebook is one that has done it to others.

My phone doesn’t show me on any of my apps is being my main device.

Don't know what you are referring to as an app showing you as a main device.

I can’t close anything or anything on my phone. Because even if I close it or delete it, it still shows because it hasn’t been closed out of a different browser and it’s also not showing that I’m the main account holder.

Again, not sure what you are referring to as to which website is not showing you as the main account holder or what that even means.

  • I stand by my previous suggestion to create your own cellular plan so you are not on anyone else's plan who will have control over the account.
  • Create a brand new Apple ID and reset your device to Factory Settings and use that Apple ID.
  • Create brand new accounts on the websites you use. That way you know for sure that someone else is not able to reset your Password on that account.

These are drastic steps and I would normally suggest to just reset your passwords, but you appear to have gone through that before and are at your wits end trying to find a solution. This is a solution that will put you back in control of your device and your accounts, but will be a fresh start and you are likely to lose some data on your device as well as creating a new profile on websites.

Take control over your accounts. Set up your own cellular service and use a completely different provider if you like. Then set up a new Apple ID and reset your iPhone to Factory Settings without restoring from a previous backup.

That way, no one else will be able to get any information from your cellular provider and no one else will be able to access your Apple ID, since it will be a new account and the password will only be known by you. Creating an alias to your current account will not stop someone from gaining access if they have your Password.

Cut ties completely and start fresh will be the easiest solution so you can start enjoying your life.

My phone shows up as a macOS. Is that possible having an iPhone or wouldn’t it be an iOS showing? My phone doesn’t show me on any of my apps is being my main device. And I can’t really do anything because my accounts are open already and other devices. Whoever opened my account on their device is showing as being the main device being a macOS. I can’t close anything or anything on my phone. Because even if I close it or delete it, it still shows because it hasn’t been closed out of a different browser and it’s also not showing that I’m the main account holder. I’m so annoyed and ready to scream. Apple can’t do anything either, somebody is really close to me and that was a special part of my life has taken control over everything. I guess that’s what happens when you are involved with a narcissist.
