Beyond HACKED

My ex of 13 years has all my personal information and is using HomeKit and multiple apps such as Shortcuts, files folders, iMessages, notes, Keynote, calendar, virtually took my Apple Cash and my bank card off my phone put it on his phone, used it! Couldn’t debate it with any one because it was my login credentials it appeared to come from my phone. I’ve put in request to Apple, AT&T, Google, all come back with it’s me and my account is fine however he is able to obtain all my new passwords pass codes, emails phone numbers and uses my phone as a device to listening , and have information stored on my cloud, takes it off and puts it on his device so it’s virtually untraceable yet it is very real. It is very violating. I have been through seven iPhones. Two iPhone 13s and the rest 15 Pro Max three ultra watch twos all been taken control over with some sort of parental control some sort of device that enables video and voice.transfering information on my cloud and logging credentials then HomeKit app as a way to access and track my location and information to gain complete access and control of my devices without any assistance from Apple,AT&T, and Google all came back saying my account is fine and secure when it absolutely is not! I have changed phone numbers, ESIM and completely changed carriers however I made the mistake of logging my new Watch into my old account modem to update the watch which gave him complete control and access to my phone Information and Control with my own personal information! It doesn’t show any other devices. It doesn’t show any other logins, however I don’t get two step verifications and I’m supposed to he gets them and authorizes his device as primary mine as a secondary. How do I secure my account I’m not delusional. I have at least 2000 pictures of proof and multiple videos of me having no control him opening and closing windows deleting information before my eyes when I’m trying to make reports to law enforcement and AT&T and Apple, I only get to do what he allows me to do and I am over it! I bought these for medical security reasons not for having the best Newest item out it had to do with the ability to call emergency services and contacts when I pass out as I wouldn’t be able to push the button to life alert when I pass out, I completely pass out due to two different debilitating disorders. It is a medical issue. It is a dangerous issue I need help , he has all my personal information and is able to click forgot my password change my password block me out of iCloud accounts and multiple phones completely. Now he has me completely locked out of AT&T entirely. He changed the security code all done through the Internet websites. how do I get security when Apple does not and will not help other than factory reset and I’ve done that three times a day and it doesn’t matter! I have been to Apple every week since March 14 and no resolution no security team measures hours of hours on the phone with advance tech, no resolution please help with some advice

iPhone 15 Pro Max, iOS 17

I’m not sure but I think it would be an FCC violation to manage? The site is FCC gov

Meanwhile you’re probably looking at a new Apple ID and new credentials for starting over again. I feel for you, that’s a lot of history, documents and personal information. That he has this and is using it is reprehensible and a very extensive list of abuses that deserve a comparable punishment. Whether or not this info is new and helpful to you, just know that I’m in WV being mad about this happening to you. This is huge.

What you are alleging is a civil or criminal matter.

Whatever is happening here is not going to get resolved here in the forums, not after seven separate iPhones and the rest of what has reportedly transpired here. You’re just not going to get new or different or unique suggestions. Not that you haven’t already received, considered, and acted appropriately upon.

Forensics and related investigations are exceedingly invasive, require direct access, and are far outside what anyone can provide through these forums.

The US Federal Communications Commission is a communications oversight and regulations entity, and has no jurisdiction over alleged hacking activities. Not outside the hacking of regulated entities or such, of which the folks posting here are not.

The FCC is not a law -enforcement entity.

Adding new phones or adding new Apple IDs to this mix is not going to have a different outcome. Not past myriad previous discussions and myriad previous suggestions long since considered and implemented as appropriate.
