iphone/ipad icon looks like an ID badge

Can’t figure out what this icon is, iphone and ipad. I checked Apple pages and found many icons but not this one. I could have mussed a page somewhere.

iPhone 6s, iOS 12

Update: it’s a default icon for a work focus apparently.

Where is it on the screen? Can you post a full screenshot? It is probably from an app.

It’s in the top right corner next to the percentage/power when the device in use, and when the device is locked, it shows up in the center of the screen like the attached picture.
