How to fix dark screen of my MacBook Air
the screen is really dark on my MacBook even though I have turned the lights up 100%. Does anyone know how I can fix it?

If you can see very faint video on the screen you have adjusted the brightness higher, then try a PRAM Reset making sure to hold the PRAM Reset for at least three chimes. If this does not bring back the backlight, then you will need to have the laptop repaired. It could be either a bad Display Assembly or a bad Logic Board (I usually find it is a bad Display Assembly).
