You need to install the airline’s mobile app, then follow the instructions in the app. You need to put the iPhone in Airplane mode, which turns off the cellular radio, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Next, turn Wi-Fi and Bluetooth back on if either is off. By default Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are turned off in Airplane Mode, but you can (and should) turn them back on. And the iPhone will remember your choice the next time you turn on Airplane Mode.
