how to avoid Adobe subscription to print a pdf file

I am trying to print a PDF file but every time I go to print Adobe pops up and asks to pay for a subscription. I am using a 2022 MacBook Air laptop. I have updated Adobe without any luck. Very frustrating. Any suggestions?

Poster printing feature in MacBook Air's Apple Preview I wish to print out larger pages across several A4 pages. Preview does not allow this. Adobe Acrobat Reader used to allow this but poster printing is now only a paid option. Open the file with preview instead.
