Is there an on-screen iPad keyboard with numbers across the top?

Is there a keyboard for my ipad where there is an extra row at the top with numbers? I do a lot of typing with numbers intermixed with letters and having to jump back and forth is a pain. I know how to use the function where you swipe down on the numbers in the qwerty row but that is cumbersome too. All of my laptops mechanical keyboards locate the numbers there, why not a screen keyboard?
