iPad sliding numbers keyboard: any alternatives?

I have a 10th generation iPad. As you know, unlike the Android tablet keyboard, you can't set the numbers as the fourth row of keys, but you have to slide down the keys of the first row of letters. I find it an.. and counterproductive system and I find it absurd that there is no alternative. Is anyone like me particularly uncomfortable and has solved it somehow?
