heart monitor for kids

Can the heart rate monitor on the se be used on kids under 10? my kid has a heart condition and her cardiologists suggest getting her an iwatch since they can transmit the ecg to them. but im not sure if apple updated its age limit on the heart rater monitor. it used to be 13 and older it would work only

Adding Heath app features on family Apple watch Can I add the sleep app, and other health app functions to an Apple Watch that is on my family account? I have purchased an Apple Watch for my daughter who does not have her own phone. I have installed her watch through my phone. When I use the Watch app on my iPhone, I select her phone, but when I scroll down the Health app, sleep app, heart rate, cycle tracking app, etc. do not appear as options to download. It is an option on my watch, but not hers. Then, I tried the app store on her phone and it says you need a phone. Please help! We pay for Apple Fitness+ and the health apps were the main reason why I bought the Apple Watch for her. Thanks!!
