this accessory uses too much power

My iPhone 15 Pro Max keeps giving me the message “cannot use accessory - this accessory uses too much power” but it’s for my USB-C wall charger, not an accessory. It keeps charging as normal, but the alert keeps going off every couple of minutes. I charge my phone at night and I’m a light sleeper so it’s pretty annoying. Any idea how to stop this?

iPhone 16 unable to charge using wall charger Whenever I try to plug my new iPhone 16 Pro Max in to charge using my wall chargers, I receive an error that says “Cannot Use Accessory: This accessory uses too much power.” How do I get my phone to stop thinking that my wall charger is an accessory? This happens both my Apple charger and different brands of certified Apple accepted cords. The error pops up every minute or so and ultimately will not allow the phone to charge.

Iphone is short Circuiting while charging My Iphone 13 pro max is short circuiting while charging. Not all the time but sometimes it does while charging. What should I do, should I change my charger?

Is this a recent problem? If so, try to force restart your iPhone. Otherwise try another wall charger or perhaps another charging cable.
