Strange Screen Time Activity - Possible Background Tracking?

Hi everyone,

I've been noticing some strange activity on my Screen Time widget on both my MacBook and iPhone for several days now. It shows one specific website being active 24/7. However, when I click on the widget and open Screen Time settings, everything appears normal.

I've tried clearing the history and cache on Safari on both devices, but this activity remains. While I understand this might be a bug (and I'm okay with not using the widget), I'm more concerned about whether my activity might be tracked by this website in the background.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a way to confirm if my activity is being tracked by this website? I contacted Apple Support via chat, but they didn't have a solution for me.
