My music library has disappeared
Upgraded my icloud package to 200Gb and when I went back into my PC to reorganise my itunes library it was gone and had been replaced by some other apple program podcast and audiobooks

If iTunes is only showing podcasts and audiobooks then you will have installed one of Apple Music, Apple TV, or Apple Devices. Uninstall any and all of these apps, then you should find that Music appears again in the drop down list of media types in iTunes.
Should iTunes still not show the expected library try Empty/corrupt iTunes library after upgrade/crash - Apple Community.
