Appearing horizontal lines while turning off the screen

I noticed that when I turn off the screen, yellow horizontal lines flash on the screen. It does that randomly, not every time. Sometimes it’s just 1 line, sometimes it’s multiple. The lines disappeared after 1 second.

Line across iPad Pro M4 screen I just received my new iPad Pro M4 less than a week ago. Recently I have noticed from time to time a horizontal line across the top third of the screen. The line is only several millimeters wide and it only appears across dark portions of the screen. When the screen is showing a bright background, as on this webpage, it disappears. For example, if the screen is showing a black object or area, the line is a slightly less dark than the black object. Has anyone else experienced this?

Persistent horizontal lines appear Pro 12.9 5th generation About a year ago display started to glitch and appear as horizontal lines on the left half of the screen. Over time the problem aggravated. Now is hard to use because of it. iPad Pro12.9 5th generation. OS17.6.1. Was bought a new one in July 2021.
