I have not been using my phone as much recently and before I stopped everything worked normally until recently when I searched up something on safari it tells me my date and time had been changed to 1969 although I never touched and changed date and time on my iphone. Have I been hacked?

No, you've not been hacked. The display of a date of 12/31/69 usually indicates a problem with the device, perhaps discharge of the battery or some other issue. Generally, it's nothing to worry about unless it continues to happen.
