Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio & Visual. Turn Phone Noise Cancellation off or on.

What does Background Sounds Read? See if it says "Off"?

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: Accessibility
3. Tap: Audio & Visual
4. Tap: Background Sounds
5. Toggle On: Background Sounds
