When I try to download an app it says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes

You have posted your email address as the subject of your post on a public forum, visited by thousands of people from all around the world. It's never a good idea to post ANY personal information on a public forum. I have asked the forum hosts to retitle your question for your protection.
To answer your question, if your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store, you have an issue you need to resolve with Apple directly. This isn't Apple Support.
