Brand new Apple ID is now inactive
Got Apple TV with my bank account and to use it, set up an Apple ID and it worked fine for the first day. The next day, it would not log in and I discover the ID was not active any more. Cannot get to activation request page as all I get is a "busy" icon on a blank page. Talked to Apple, several times, eventually they referred it upwards, and then said that it was a known issue and they were working on it. However, it has been a while now and still not working. I suspect Apple thinks I hacked the Apple TV subscription even though I got it from my bank and may not be bothering to do anything as I have been stuck for over a week now. Bank say they cannot help with ID problems, that's down to Apple. Anyone out there seen this and got past it?
