My Iphone 15 battery health continuously dropping day by day 313 battery count but my battery percentage is 87% in just 9months
Battery health dropping without that much use..its actually ridiculous

On average, an iPhone loses 1% of capacity for every 25 battery charge cycles. You say there's little use of the phone, but the high number of charge cycle begs to differ with your assertion. If you take 313 charge cycles, divided by 25, that would yield about 13 point in battery health decline. So your phone is doing as would be expected after so many charges.
Things you should to help preserve the life of your battery:
- Never let it fully discharge
- Try to never let it go below 20%
- Plug it in to charge when you go to bed at night, leaving it plugged ALL night EVERY night, with optimized battery charging turned on
