Viewing iTunes library through Apple TV on my smart tv.
The sidebar on Apple TV app on my Panasonic tv does not have a library option so I can't view iTunes film purchases through my tv.
Apple offers 2 different apps on 3rd party devices and TVs.
The Apple TV app
and the Apple TV+ app (note the plus)
Only the full Apple TV app offers access to the iTunes Store, and your Library.
The Apple TV+ app only offers access to the Apple TV+ content and the MLS.
Panasonic TVs only support the Apple TV+ app and as such will have no way of accessing your purchases directly.
