plex on a new apple tv crash everytime when playing movie, but live tv is OK

I just subscribe a monthly plan on apple TV after a purchased the newest version last Thur., When I began play movie on Plex App on the Apple TV device, it crashs everytime, but playing live tv no problem, and youtube/apple tv+ all work fine on the device

Update your Apple TV system software to the current release version, if not done already. How to update your Apple TV - Apple Support

Try this for any misbehaving app:

Force-quit the app, then relaunch and try again.
If the issue persists, force-quit the app, restart the device, then relaunch and try again.
If the issue still persists, delete the app, re-download and try again.
If the issue still persists after that, then contact the app developer for further assistance.

thank you! tried 123, and yesterday I successfully played one cartoon, and then crashed when I was trying to play another movie. I will contact dev team
