File not available for upload in Safari

How can I upload a grayed-out file in Safari?

It is greyed out because the site you are trying to upload it to does not accept the .eml filetype. You will have to open this file and save it in a different file type such as TXT or PDF. The EML filetype was used by an email program and you should have the option to save it in a different format or use the print option where you can save it as a PDF.
