This sounds like a typical case of wrong input source settings which you should be able to easily fix.

Go to system settings > keyboard > text input > edit > input sources. Make sure there is only one item on that list, and that the name of that item is US (if you normally type in English). Use the minus button at the bottom of the list to remove anything other than that.

If you tell us exactly how characters are mixed, we can probably tell you which wrong input source you have active.

If you go to System Settings, then scroll down to the end where it says "keyboard", Is your keyboard set to the language that you use?

I think that is mistaken. The OP says it worked fine but suddenly a few keys don't produce the right symbol. That normally means an erroneous input source has become active, like French or Spanish instead of English. Hopefully they can fix things by just removing the wrong keyboard layout from their settings.

Incompatibility Being a Culprit:

I plugged in a Razer gaming keyboard into my 2010 MacBook Pro once. It synced just fine for a day, but then I had troubles with the Mac’s charge from then on out. Observing the printed words on Original Packaging, nothing of macOS is mentioned. So, based on that, I’d say keep Windows-only compatible hardware off of your Mac.

Looking at the firmware, these is not provided for macOS: https://epomaker.com/blogs/firmware/epomaker-x-leobog-hi75-firmware. All there are, are exe files, and nothing of DMG files. I cannot find compatibility, but this does not appear to be macOS compatible. So, see if you can fix this, using a Window PC.
