Stop Siri verbalising emojis

Siri ability to read out information on the iPhone when it’s still in your pocket is amazing but is there a tweak to stop at verbalising emojis

Emojis are instantaneous visual queues they’re not designed to be verbalised and become very long-winded

Many apps use emojis and when Siri verbalises their notifications, it can be tedious and long-winded

Is there a tweak to adjust series read aloud settings so that it doesn’t read swearword emojis et cetera?
