Macbook Air whole screen "Blinks" multiple times then goes back to normal.

So the whole screen of my mac book air is like blinking (turning black then goes back on) multiple times within short period of time then it goes back to normal. The "Blinking" issue randomly happen multiple times in a day.

Im using the macbook to play roblox and the blinking issue doesnt occur before.

Whats causing this issue and how can I resolve it?
