Screen of my iPhone 13 Pro turned completely green, so unable to use it

My screen has a physical damage since a year where the touch was working fine, however, just few days ago all of a sudden my screen turned completely green and boom can't see anything but I am able to talk to Siri, unlock my phone etc by mere gesture. Now, the service centre refuses to replace my screen without taking the paid service as it is out of warranty. See, if my display was working fine even after a broken screen, why doesn't apple want to give any exception as because of this hardware issue, I am not able to use my phone as before. Very disappointed.

Your very first sentence says you have a damage screen, why would Apple replace it? You caused the damage it wasn't due to defective device.
