MacBook not printing in color, printer options not available

Hi there,

My MacBook will not print in color. All the answers I can find, point to Printer options, but this one is not available. There is no 'printer options' in the screen I have.

I have a MacBook Pro 2019 - Sonoma 14.5. I tried it on my Windows computer and it printed in color without any issues.

Anybody has an idea what I can do? I have added a print screen of what I see as I want to print.

My MacBook Air will only print in black and white I purchased a new HP6000 series color printer. The default setting is set to print in color. For the first day or so, my MacBook Air printed in color and now it will only print in black and white. Every other device on the network prints in color, so I don't think it is the printer. When I look at the setting via my MacBook Air, it says it is printing in color. Print preview in Word is in color. Print preview from the web is in black and white. It prints in black and white. I can't figure out how to fix this.

Issues printing in color on MacBook Air that is on latest macOS I'm using a MacbookAir, 2024, with latest OS update. Using an HP 6000 printer. I tried to print from an Excel workbook with columns in color, but the print preview is in grays. I don't see an option to choose black/color in the dialogue. I have not had this issue in the past. The same issue occurs when I try to print from PDFgear [Re-Titled by Moderator]
