What SSD brands would work with an iphone 14 pro max; and what type of cable do i need to store on the go(filming)?

i know that i need an iphone 15 to store on the go ProRes but i think i can get away with an app like filmic pro; i heard that sandisk takes more watts that an iphone 15 can output so i wanted to know what works with an iphone 14pm

Can iPhone 16 shoot ProRes video, and are there any limitations? Basic iphone16 has ProRes as a video option in menu but Apple support say you can’t shoot ProRes on a basic 16.
