that is silver. space grey is MUCH darker.
If you scratched up a Silver MacBook Pro, the scratch would be the same basic color as the surface around it. The finish on Space Gray would be darker than the scratch.
Readers have reported that when they replaced screens themselves with a used display, they were never able to calibrate the space around the 'notch' (if so equipped). Use caution when considering this repair if using a 'junkyard' display.
sorry, I may have been mistaken. space grey appears to have gotten lighter than it used to be. without a direct comparison, I cannot say for sure if that is silver or space grey.
