Keynote presenter mode on ipad

I cannot get the presenter mode to allow current, next and notes at the same time. It will allow only any two of the three.

viewing presenter notes in slideshow rehearsal in Keynote I would like to view my presenter notes when rehearsing a talk but not connected to an external monitor, is this possible and if so how?
