Apple Pay has no weekly limit. Are you referring to Apple Cash? Apple Cash has a weekly limit and it varies if you’re in an Apple Family Sharing group or not. Limits cannot be raised or lowered. They are fixed by restrictions on prepaid debit cards (Apple Cash) and banking regulations regarding transfers of funds.
