My wifi keeps randomly disconnecting and reconnecting

This used to happen on my iPad 10th gen first not my iPhone, but I switched my iPhone and I have a iPhone 14 now. At first on my iPad it would just happen every so often and I would disconnect for a few seconds/~20 seconds. But now, over the past couple of days my iPhone and iPad have been disconnecting quite regularly. When it disconnects, it doesn't just disconnect and I go to wifi tab in settings and rejoin, it disappears from the wifi tab for a few seconds, usually anywhere from 3-15 seconds, and I'm really confused why. I think it may be my device since I went on family trip and used a different house's wifi and my iPad still disconnected as it would. I doubt it's a virus since I've read iOS can't get viruses. There are also other devices in the household that don't have this issue. On my laptop this has never happened, and never happens to my family members either. What can I do to fix this? What is it?

"By disappears, I meant the name of the network yea. But It eventually comes back after like 3-20 seconds by itself. I only included that to clarify that it wasn't just me disconnected, like the actual wifi is gone and I have to wait for it to come back instead of it just making me disconnect for some reason. I've restarted my phone but I'll try these things again thank you"

Reset your Network Settings:

Make a record of all of your connections' credentials, and then reset your network settings. If you don't keep a record, then it'd be lost. So, to play it safe, backup your iPhone(to a computer) and then perform the reset. If a network reset doesn't not work, then restore from the backup you created.

Troubleshooting WiFi Connections:

What "disappears"? If you are referring to the SSID (the name of the network) vanishing off of the list of networks, then restart your router. over it off for 30 seconds and then power it back on.

Perform a Force Restart:

Try Force Restarting your iPhone. Save any information that need be prior to doing to. Then try the connection, once more.

Go Here: Force Restart iPhone - Apple Support

Reconnect the to Network:

If using a public LAN, then request a new access key.
