iPhone 12 Black Screen with Spinning Wheel
My phone is rendered useless sometimes because the screen turns black and there is a spinning wheel. This occurs anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes, and then the phone enters lock screen mode, rendering my phone unusable unless I am already using it. When this occurs, I can still hear whomever I'm talking to, such as videos, music, etc. I took my phone to Apple in January and they were supposed to have fixed the issue but it still occurs.
