Does Apple Pay has any hidden charges for doing transaction?

hello I am from Bahrain. I added some money into my STC PAY account through Apple Pay I was adding 350bhd but instead I got debited 358bhd after realising and checked it was commission fee I’ll never gonna use Apple Pay
