Bezel Crack Mac Book Air M1

Upon investigation, a crack was found in the display bezel. support told me want a report. service team is not properly checked my device. The service team told me that we have to pay 3000 thousand for depositing the device, I am using apple devices since 2015, there was no problem old product before that, and in 2023 I have changed the main device. now it is like this, my device is mac book air m1. I encountered this problem because of the low quality product, I never thought Apple device would be like this.
