Hello purchased four iPhone 15 Pro’s for family at release and my iPhone 15 Pro Max is down to 92% . From forums and tests it states normal , but can the battery be replaced if I go to Apple Store?
I also don’t agree it’s normal just cause Apple says so, at this rate a $1500 phone is degraded in 2 years…..

You may not agree it is normal, but that doesn't make your position right. ALL BATTERIES decline as they are used. Your car battery declines. The batteries in your flashlight declines. And all Cell Phone batteries decline with every full cycle charge. On average, it's normal to see about a 1% drop in battery health per month of ownership. You said you bought the phones at launch. That would be September, 2023. That was 10 months ago. And your health has dropped 8% in 10 months, so you're actually doing better than normal.
Apple won't replace the battery at 92% battery health as there is nothing wrong with your battery. Whether you choose to agree with anyone or not is up to you.

We can't speak for Apple but we are familiar with their policies in this regard.
Apple or an authorized Apple service shop will replace the battery at no charge if the Battery Health drops below 80% in the first year of operation.
They will not replace the battery if it is above 80%, even if you are willing to pay.
If you can tell us how old the phones might be, or better yet what the number of charge cycles on the phone might be, we can offer an opinion on the relative battery health of your phones.
