I have a 2021 iPad Pro and all of a sudden it’s stating my iPad has liquid in the usbc charge port. There is no water in it as it’s never near water. It’s not hot enough where I live to be a humidity issue. I’m seeing lots of people suffering the same so I’m wondering if it’s a glitch? I’ve waited 24hrs without using or charging yet still getting it. Can someone help?

Thirty miles isn’t too bad. Apple places several markers inside products that turn red when they are exposed to high levels of moisture. You can contact Apple Support or make an appointment at the Genius Bar are your nearest Apple Store. There’s no setting or update that will resolve the issue. Do you have Apple Care on the iPad?
Apple can do remote diagnostics on some devices and if you want to avoid the trip to an Apple Store, just give then a call.

I never have it in the bathroom and it’s always in the lounge or bedroom which are moderate temperatures. I’m about 30 miles away from an Apple Store. I can’t think why all of a sudden it doesn’t like it. It’s a genuine apple charger cable and I’ve check both connectors and they’re dry as a bone.
Is your iPad ever in a humid environment like a bathroom or basement? How close are you to an Apple Retail Store?
