If you have chosen to use a SIM PIN on your device and forgot what the PIN was, you will need to contact your cell carrier to receive the PIN. If you enter the wrong SIM PIN too many times it will ask for the PUK code. This also is only available from your cellular provider. If you enter the wrong PUK code too many times, then it will destroy your SIM card and you will have to purchase a new one from your cellular provider.
