I have the settings correct for iphone 13 but there is no notification sent to me about messages. I do not have on receive from unknown sender. I do not want those. So why if settings are on for messages aren't I getting it?

Do you also have an Apple Watch? If so, the notifications will sound on the Watch if the phone is locked.

Notifications is on..
Iphone13 no message notifications.. I have to shut phone and restart or turn blue tooth off, then on again and it will work for a few hours.. No click on my keyboard either when not getting messages...
Have you enabled it in Notifications?
