New hearing aids, Iphone ringer does not work, only ringer in hearing aids. Can I have both?

My apologies, tested with wife across the large room, and both phone ringer and hearing aids work.

Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices > Play Ringtones. Turn off for the ringtones to play on the iPhone instead of the hearing aids. You may still get a very brief sound (not the normal ringtone) in your hearing aids just before the phone rings.
I'm not aware of an option to have both the phone and the hearing aids ring.
