How can I restore the App Store on iPhone 14?

The app store on my iphone 14 is completely gone, its not even in the app library or in the search bar when you swipe down. It does however appear in settings. There are no restrictions enabled that would cause it to be hidden in screen time. I have tried powering off my phone and even turning off and on content and privacy restrictions, but it only comes back for a minute and immediately kicks me out of the app and disappears again. Does anyone know what’s going on?
