I changed the speakers on my early 2015 MacBook Pro A1502. Now the WiFi isn’t working and the WiFi button is greyed out and won’t turn on. If I click on WiFi preferences I get this come up.Help please!!!

Sounds like you borked something...
Check the connector for the WIFI/bluetooth card.
If your System Information does not recognize the WifI card you have a hardware issue:
>(Option key)System Information>Network>WiFi
Not only is the WiFi not working the usb port on the right of the MacBook has also stopped working. Aghhhhhh!!!
