Received an email in my spam folder titled “hello pervert”

So I discovered this message in my spam folder today, I didn’t open it because I suspect it’s some type of scam.

I also came across a message in this community forum with a person who apparently experienced the same thing (& they actually stated what’s included in the email in detail. However to be cautious I wanted to post this on here to see if I could gain some insight as to what exactly this is (as I’ve never encountered something like this before) Has anyone else seen this before/received one of these?

Welcome to the club. Just about everyone I know get's this scam email. You can block them in your mail account on your computer. But you'll likely get them again as it's pretty common and meaningless. They don't know your browsing history, nor can they broadcast anything to your contacts. They just try to scare you into paying them for nothing. Ignore them. It must work for them however, as there must be people dumb enough to believe them who do pay their ransom fee.
