Not that I am aware. Apple provides an Oxford American dictionary option for the macOS Dictionary app, but not for Pages or the operating system. Oxford University tends to charge for their products unless used in certain search engines (e.g. bing).

Sounds as if they have their own stylebook.

You could always simply use Libre Office if there is a way to do what you want there. It will output to Word documents which is fairly standard.

I can't find any references to "International English" as a formalized standard. It seems to be more of a set of ideas on how English should/could be used. Therefore, it would make sense to me that there's no way to have a way to spell-check "International English."

I work in Academia in the U.S. Our faculty is international in origin. I've never seen them use "centre", "colour" or any of the other examples you've given.

I would suggest you use the version of English that most of your readers are likely to be using. Or pick the one you like the best. The differences in spelling don't tend to interfere with most English speaker's ability to understand what you've written.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean... but I played around with a document, setting it to British English and it returned a spelling error for 'honor' and 'analyze' and not for honour or analyse
