Can’t remove a Mac from my Apple ID

There might be one other way of doing this. Go to your account setting in App Store. Once you are in , deauthorize any machines are authorized to play content purchased with this your account.

Let’s try another approach:

On your iPhone, open Settings ➢ your name (at the top of the screen) ➢ tap on that device (near the bottom of the screen) ➢ tap on Remove from Account.

I'd say it is time you spoke with somebody at Apple about this.

In Safari on you Mac, sign into https://appleid.apple.com/.

Once your on your Apple ID, look for Devices. (See Screenshot) Click on the link and the Device should show up in a list. Look for Remove Device.

On the off chance there could be a misconfiguration on Apple servers, but in 17 years and all the Apple devices I have ever had I have never run into this.

If you don't see them then it probably isn't your account if you can't deauthorize them and can't delete fromn your profile
